Participation: 
Participation in training requires good health (special cases, please contact us), adapted equipment to selected activities and compliance with instructions given by the professional Kailash Adventure.

Framing: 
Our ski teachers and guides are qualified professionals.

Security: 
The feasibility of any program is subject to the discretion of our professional team, weather and snow conditions andthe ability of participants.

Weather: Weather conditions can’t be a cause for cancellation if the activity is carried out by Kailash Adventure team, no refund or transfer will be made.

Insurance: 
You are covered by insurance guide “research” only. You must have a personal accident insurance covering roped mountaineering or skiing. We can offer, in accord with the National Union of Mountain Guides (SNGM), daily insurance (2 €) or annual (39 €).

Reservations, Registration and Regulation: It is strongly recommended to book your activities in advance. Registrations can be made on request from our central reservation before your arrival based on availability and subject to acceptance by us.
By registering, you acknowledge having been informed and accept our terms and conditions of sale.

Cancellation
: No refund or transfer will be made in the following cases:
– Withdrawal or cancellation less than 21 days.
– In case of cancellation less than 10 days, the full amount is due.
– Benefit aborted or not used by a physically and / or technical enough.
– If it is impossible for the student to attend the activity at the time or date, for whatever reasons, no claim will be accepted. We will be able to cons by providing proof of payment of course on presentation of a medical certificate.

Professionals reserve the right to change, with or without notice, any program depending on weather conditions or security.
